After you submit the survey, I read your answers personally - no bots, no AI. I genuinely enjoy getting to know my trainees.
Based on your goals, struggles, experience level, and lifestyle, I'll send you your Arc Invitation.
It includes:
- my recommendation for which Arc (tier) fits you best
- a clear explanation of next steps
- optional access to order your Arc Blueprint if you're not ready for coaching yet.
There's no commitment when you fill out the survey - it simply helps me understand you better so I can guide you to the right starting point.
It's a personalized fitness feedback PDF you can order after completing the "Start Your Arc" survey.
You only get it if you choose the Solo Leveling path after receiving your Arc Invitation.
It contains:
- a summary of your goals, struggles, and well-being,

I can make you a plan for home workouts if needed, especially if you're just getting started or the gym feels intimidating.
Many anime fans started their arcs and had great results without ever stepping into a gym.
Typically, early improvements in lifts, energy, and well-being begin within the first 4-6 weeks.
More visible physical changes (people noticing you look better) usually appear after 8-12 weeks of consistent training and nutrition.
Please remember: fitness is straightforward - if you give 20%, you'll see 20%.
Progress depends on your starting point, commitment, how closely you follow the plan, and any personal health conditions.
