Through this Website, you can:
1. Discover and access free online video training programs.
2. Sign up for a personalized 1:1 fitness plan with ULTORAÂ Fitness.
3. Purchase membership in a group training program.

Terms: Online 1-on-1 Personal Coaching
ULTORA Fitness offers 1-on-1 personal coaching services, including personalized workout plans, nutritional guidance, and fitness consultations.
By purchasing and participating in our personal coaching programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms. Please read them carefully.Â
1. Services
1.1. General Info
Our Online 1-on-1 Personal Coaching service includes:
1. Personalized Fitness Plans: Tailored workout plans based on the clientâs goals, fitness level, and preferences.
2. Nutrition Guidance: Customized nutrition advice to support the clientâs fitness and health goals.Â
3. Regular Coaching Feedback Sessions: Scheduled video calls, messaging support, and/or email communication for ongoing guidance, motivation, and accountability.
The specific details of the service will be outlined in your individualized coaching agreement. This agreement is represented under the ââInfoâ tab of our collaborative document, in the âClient Info - NAMEâ section.
1.2. Minimum Time Commitment
To ensure the effectiveness of our coaching, clients are required to commit to a minimum period of 28 days. This commitment period allows sufficient time for clients to start seeing progress and benefits from the coaching program.
2. Payment and Refunds
2.1. Payment Terms
Payment for the coaching program must be made in advance, either as a one-time fee or on a subscription basis as per the agreed payment plan.
The 28-day co-op program may start from the agreed-upon date only after the payment has been confirmed.
The pricing of our Online 1-on-1 Personal Coaching service is based on individual client needs.
Prices are subject to change, with information provided at least 1 billing cycle in advance.
If you do not wish to continue working together at your newly set price, please let us know before your current billing cycle ends.
2.2. Refund Policy
Refunds are not available once a 28-day coaching period has begun. By signing up, the Client commits to the full 28-day cycle for themselves.
Clients may cancel their subscription for the current and subsequent billing cycles by using the customer portal or by providing written notice at least 3 days before the next billing cycle begins. Cancellations apply at the end of the current billing cycle, meaning that the subscription will remain active until the last day of the paid period.
Refunds and partial refunds will not be issued for partial periods or unused services.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1. Honesty
Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their health, fitness levels, progress, and goals.
3.2. Commitment
Clients are expected to commit to the agreed coaching schedule, actively participate in their program, and follow the plans and advice provided by the Coach.
3.3. Communication
Clients should communicate openly, honestly, and regularly with their coach about their progress, challenges, and any concerns. Promptly inform the coach of any injuries, illnesses, or changes in health status.
3.4. Medical Clearance
It is the clientâs responsibility to obtain medical clearance from a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program.
4. Coach Responsibilities
4.1. Acting in the Client's Best Interest
The Coach will prioritize the Clientâs health, safety, and well-being in all aspects of the coaching program.
4.2. Personalized Plans
The Coach will provide tailored fitness plans and nutrition support based on the clientâs goals and needs.
4.3. Availability for Client Support
The Coach will be available for regular check-ins, and feedback.Â
The Coach will provide support through agreed communication channels and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
The Coach will inform Clients about expected delays in response times, availability changes due to vacations, sickness, or other reasons in a timely manner.
4.4. Professionalism
The Coach will maintain a professional demeanor and respect client confidentiality.
4.5. Adaptability
The Coach will adjust plans as needed, based on Clientâs progress, feedback, and any changes in health status or goals.
4.6. Education
The Coach will educate Clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition principles, and healthy lifestyle habits to ensure long-term success.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. No Guarantees
While we strive to help Clients achieve their fitness goals, we do not guarantee specific results. Individual success depends on various factors including, but not limited to, dedication, effort, and adherence to the coaching program.
5.2. Risk Assumption
By participating in the coaching program, Clients assume all risks associated with fitness training and waive any claims against us for injury, illness, or damages arising from participation.
6. Termination
6.1. Termination by Client
The Client may terminate their program at any time by accessing the customer portal or by providing written notice. Cancellations apply at the end of the current billing cycle, and the program will remain accessible until the final day of the paid period. Refunds, if applicable, will follow the refund policy.
6.2. Termination by Coach
ULTORA Fitness reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if the Client fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions or engages in inappropriate behavior.
7. Confidentiality
All personal information shared by the client before, during, and after the coaching program will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the clientâs consent, except as required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the coaching program, including but not limited to workout plans, nutrition guides, and videos, are the intellectual property of ULTORA Fitness and are for personal use only. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or resell these materials.
9. Feedback Collection and Client Anonymity
9.1. Feedback Collection
We value feedback from our clients as it helps us improve our services and better meet their needs. We seek permission from clients to use their feedback and testimonials for marketing purposes. We ensure that this process complies with privacy laws and respects the confidentiality of our clients' information.
9.2. Client Anonymity
We respect our clients' preferences for anonymity when sharing testimonials or success stories. If a client wishes to remain anonymous, we will ensure that their identity is not disclosed when sharing their feedback or success stories with others.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the coaching program constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts.
By proceeding with the purchase of our 1-on-1 Online Personal Coaching service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Terms: Online Group Coaching Program
ULTORA Fitness offers a group coaching program service, including ready-to-go workout plans, educational content, and form checks performed by Isia.
By purchasing and participating in our group coaching program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms. Please read them carefully.Â
1. Waitlist Registration
Signing up for the waitlist does not guarantee enrollment in the Online Group Coaching Program. It simply indicates your interest in the program and reserves your spot in line.
2. Communication
We will notify you via email or other specified communication channels when enrollment for the Online Group Coaching Program opens and provide instructions on how to secure your spot.
3. Program Details and Pricing
The Online Group Coaching Program offers a range of benefits, including training alongside other Fitigers through a shared online fitness program, flexible workout options for both gym and home settings, personalized form checks, and access to ready-to-go training programs.
Please note that the specifics of the Online Group Coaching Program, including features and content, are subject to change when the program goes live. We will provide detailed information on program features and any updates once enrollment opens.
The cost of access to the Online Group Coaching Program is $20 for 28 days of access. Payment will be required upon enrollment to secure your spot in the program.
4. Commitment and Participation
Enrollment in the Online Group Coaching Program is subject to availability and requires a commitment to the specified program duration and terms.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are not available for waitlist registration as it does not involve any financial transactions. If you no longer wish to participate, you may request to be removed from the waitlist at any time.
6. Privacy
Your information provided during waitlist registration will be treated in accordance with our
Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
7. Amendments
